Ponteland RFC Club Welfare and Procedures Policy is a document which outlines how child abuse can be recognised, the roles and responsibilities of those involved with the club and also details the reporting procedures if abuse is suspected.

Within the document are sections on the recruitment and good practices required by those involved with the club together with policies and copies of reporting and recruitment forms.
