PERKS & PINTS - HARD-COPY MEMBERSHIP CARD REQUEST

Thank you for becoming a member of Perks & Pints.

We get that some members prefer to use a hard-copy membership card as opposed to an electronic membership card.

​

Using this form, you can make a simple request for us to create a hard-copy membership card for you that you can collect from us at one of our home games.

​

Simply fill in the form on the right and we will be in touch as soon as your card is ready (cards are usually created within 3 working days).

Once you have purchased your membership, you will be able to download your membership card as an e-card. Adult Member Players and Perks and Prizes members can show their membership at a select number of local businesses to benefit from great local discounts.
