Ponteland RFC

PRFC pre season has seen large numbers attending both on the Monday evening and Wednesday evening sessions.

The sessions began on the 1st of July with a bang with the obligatory bleep tests, with an extra couple of yards in just for added fun. Many of the younger backs aquitted themselves with excellent scores. At the end of the first six weeks the squad will be tested again to demonstrate the improovements they have made.

As we enter August we will be ramping up the amount of game play in each session in preparation for the first pre season game against Ashington on August 15th. In the meantime should anyone wish to come down and experience some rugby for either the first time or the first time in a while please get in contact with us.
